I wanted a website for my new business, so I set out to do my homework. With only the very basic computer skills I was finding the process quite daunting. "There are many charitable fundraisers on Vancouver Island that find themselves competing with one another for the donations required to ensure a successful event. Add to the mix the various sports teams, school bands, and local emergency relief drives, we have to work very hard to retain and grow our base of support. Zen Dog asked Tracy to create for us a rather complex, interactive website. We needed to be able to add or subtract content and we wanted an attractive, eye-catching presentation. Tracy listened carefully to our desires. She asked the right questions and made sure she was clear about what we wanted. She is a self-taught web designer, which is impressive enough, but perhaps her most impressive attribute is her willingness to research, learn and practice the areas of the designer’s art which she has not encountered previously.
